This is a Proposal for a Memorial to the Victims of the attack on the World Trade Center
This proposal is intended to remember the people that perished in the attack on the world trade center, not the buildings. it depicts the different people emerging from the smoke emanating from the rubble as we might remember them, and they themselves supporting each other with their arms in what looks like a powerful chain link made of human arms.
